Dan brings deep experience in nonprofit governance, finance oversight, and organizational compliance. He has contributed to inclusive program design and event management, while maintaining accountability across bylaws and processes. Dan works closely with UASA’s CPA and bookkeeper to ensure financial stability and compliance with grant funding. As Treasurer, he strengthens the board’s governance systems and long-term operational reliability.

Shannon Hartinger

Shannon combines nonprofit leadership experience with her perspective as a caregiver in adaptive sport. She has contributed to fundraising, policy advocacy, and community partnerships, with a focus on accountability and safeguarding. Shannon plays a key role in maintaining quality across board processes and ensures compliance through documentation and meeting oversight. Her leadership ensures relationships remain strong and families are represented in UASA’s decision-making.

Michel Tume

Vice President & Director of Pathway Development
(Programming, Mentorship, Representation)

Michel is an adaptive soccer athlete, grassroots coach, and certified referee. With a background in design and communications, he brings creative strategy alongside lived experience in adaptive sport. He has been active in mentoring athletes and developing inclusive soccer pathways, including national connections through CP Soccer. At UASA, Michel champions athlete representation and leads the development of programs and pathways that grow the game nationwide.
