The Little Legs Big Heart Foundation is set to host its Second Annual Skeletal Dysplasia Conference: Connecting Hearts, Minds & Medicine, taking place October 23–26, 2025, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Following the success of its inaugural year, which welcomed 188 attendees, the Foundation is returning with an even larger gathering—promising more impact, more connection, and more opportunities for families, medical experts, and community members to come together.

This year’s program will feature a dynamic blend of sessions focused on:

• Advances in medical care and treatment

• Mental health and emotional wellness strategies

• Family and caregiver support resources

• Updates on research, clinical trials, vosoritide, and limb lengthening innovations

• Firsthand stories and shared lived experiences

• Wellness opportunities, from morning walk/run/rolls by the water to accessible pool workouts
